Performance:
Conditions in and around a sewage water treatment plant are unique
and potentially corrosive to unprotected materials. Air Enterprises
dealt with these issues by providing units constructed of double
wall anodized aluminum enclosure panels. All internal components
were constructed of copper, stainless steel, aluminum and/or phenolic
coated steels. By using these construction materials, unit longevity
was ensured.
Unit components consisted of integral face and
bypass preheat coils, double width fans, post heating coils, TEFC
high-efficiency motors, dampers, and a combination of roll type
and panel type air filters. The larger capacity units were supplied
with a factory installed electrical system consisting of lights
and fan disconnects. Field training and inspection services were
also provided by Air Enterprises.
