On August 9th, 2006, A. Malachi (Mal) Mixon (CEO of Invacare & Board Chairman of The Cleveland Clinic) and William M. (Bill) Weber (CEO of Air Enterprises) have purchased the balance of the company from Resilience Capital Partners. Each of the principals own 50% of Air Enterprises LLC.
