Replacing an aging air handling system?
Consider Air Enterprises On-Site Assembly.
As the name implies, your air handling unit is assembled in
place, instead of being factory assembled and shipped in multiple
pieces.
By assembling the air handling unit in place,
Air Enterprises On-Site Assembly provides a cost effective
installation of the preferred air handling system in the preferred
location without additional project costs or unacceptable
technical sacrifices.

On-Site Assembly offers
the following benefits:
- Architectural prominence or integrity of the existing
building structure is maintained while accommodating new
air handling system.
- "Inaccessible" mechanical space can be utilized
since unit can be rigged via elevators, hallways, doorways,
etc. and assembled in place.
- Available mechanical space is maximized by incorporating
existing columns, beams and wind bracing into unit design.
- Existing openings and utility sizes and locations can
be utilized without removal in upgraded design of air handling
system.
- Potential reduction in overall installation costs.
On-Site air handling units utilize the same
high quality componentry used in Air Enterprises factory assembled
units. Panels and extrusions that make up the casing system,
equipment subassemblies and structural unit base sections
are factory fabricated exactly like a factory assembled unit.
These pieces are sized and transported on skids to accommodate
the rigging limitations of freight elevators, door sizes,
hallways or low ceilings, minimizing the impact on existing
structures. Air Enterprises On-Site air handling units undergo
final assembly under the direction of our own OEM factory
trained technicians.
Our proven methodology and installation techniques
ensure that our clients receive the same quality and integrity
expected from a factory assembled Air Enterprises air handling
system with an On-Site assembled system. Clients have the
added advantage of retaining the full, one-source responsibility
benefits associated with equipment provided by an experienced
custom equipment manufacturer.
