In the real world reliability is hard to find. Therefore provision must be made for an efficient method to deal with issues when they happen, without disturbing service to the space. Air Enterprises equipment is designed for ease of component maintenance and replacement.

Feature: Easily Serviced Fan / Motor Assemblies
Fan assemblies are provided with two-piece split belt guards with tachometer openings and manually adjustable or self- adjusting motor bases. The belt guard is opened via two clasps at each end; no tools or fasteners are required. The adjustable motor bases allow for proper tensioning of the belts at all times.

Benefit: Easily Serviced V-Belt Drive Systems, Less Belt Wear - results in fewer belt changes, requiring less equipment service time and reduced system downtime.

Feature: Removable Access Panels in Unit Casing at Fans & Coils
Removable access panels are provided at fans and coils. Air Enterprises removable access panels are designed and constructed such that removal and replacement is accomplished using standard tools and quarter turn latches to reduce access time without disturbing adjacent panels.

Benefit: Reduced Maintenance Costs And Less System Downtime - access into an Air Enterprises' unit is less time consuming and less expensive than with conventional units.

Feature: Cooling Coil Rack Design for Independent Support & Removal of Coils
Air Enterprises' coil rack arrangements allow for all coils to be independently removed or serviced from either side of the unit through independently removable access panels. Entire coil banks need not be disassembled simply to replace or repair one coil.

Benefit: Reduced Maintenance Costs And Less System Downtime - with a combination of independently racked coils and dual access panels; coil replacement in an Air Enterprises' unit is less time consuming and less expensive than with conventional units.

Feature: Maintenance Drains In Unit Base
Air Enterprises provides a minimum 1" diameter maintenance drain in every unit section. Active drains (cooling, coil locations, outside air intakes, etc.) are larger and recommended to be trapped for active water removal. Clean out drains, offered in all remaining locations, are capped until maintenance wash down of a unit section is required.

Benefit: Manageable Unit Wash down or Cleanup - removal of any standing water or liquids in unit section is easily performed, resulting in reduced service time.
