Air Enterprises equipment is designed to meet your
exact needs. Our equipment design and layout is fine-tuned to meet
your requirements and ensure optimum, reliable performance.
Feature: Enhanced System Aerodynamics
During the design of all Air Enterprises' units, special attention
is always given to system aerodynamics, the relation of unit components
to each other, and fan system effects. Streamlined conditions, proper
component spacing, and bellmouth discharges are an integral part
of Air Enterprises custom system design.
Benefits:
- Reduced system effects - reduced system effect result
in more efficient operation and lower operational costs. System
effect factors can account for as much as an additional 1.0"
wc to the system pressure.
- Optimum component performance - more consistent unit
output parameters since components applied more typical to optimum
conditions at which they were rated.
Feature: Design Capacity Flexibility
Air Enterprises' air handling systems are designed with fans, motors,
and coils that are slightly above design parameters, allowing for
flexibility in unit operation.
Benefits:
- Maximum operating efficiency - motors operating at
less than full load provide maximum operating efficiency.
- Flexibility in unit capacity - we realize that systems
change and our equipment is flexible to change without costly
modifications.
Feature: Controlled Air Mixing
Air Enterprises' engineered shelf-mixing designs provide controlled
air mixing. Through the use of properly zoned damper arrangements,
air stream proximity, and mixing air velocities, Air Enterprises
can offer destratification of any and all patterns of mixing air
streams.
Benefits:
- Protection against destratification and frozen coils
- the need for exotic and expensive freeze protection is minimized;
fear of frozen coils and nuisance coil freeze stat trips is eliminated.
- Potentially reduced unit length - need for air blenders
eliminated, the unit length may be reduced resulting in a lower
unit cost to the owner.
