Equipment Performance:
This industrial client and repeat user of Air Enterprises' equipment needed a unit fast in order to meet project scheduling demands and to beat anticipated inclement weather conditions during existing unit transition to the new Air Enterprises equipment.

By patterning the unit after a proven and existing on-site design, confidence to release long-lead items such as fans and coils was achieved upon issuance of order. Complete unit release was achieved within a week. By employing these fast track methods, Air Enterprises was able to ship a unit (9) weeks after purchase.

Outdoor construction features were also important. Air Enterprises provided a unit constructed of all aluminum to minimize corrosion concerns. A sloped rubber roofing membrane with a continuous aluminum perimeter gutter system with vertical downspouts was provided to control water run-off and snow melt. A 5' wide by 45' long service vestibule with heating and ventilation was provided to house VFD's, electrical equipment, piping, etc... the unit could be serviced and maintained without service personnel exposure to the weather.

Unit components consisted of return and supply air fans with inlet flow measuring devices and "panic" stops, energy economizer section with integral exhaust outside/return air dampers, 30%/85% filters, chilled water cooling coils with stainless steel casings and downstream moisture eliminators, copper fin heating coils, and smoke isolation dampers. VFD fan air volume devices, fluorescent lights, convenience outlets, and disconnects were factory provided. Field services included vibration test, start-up, owner training, and field joining services.
