Sloped Roofing & Gutters
On All Outdoor Units
Outdoor units as manufactured by Air Enterprises
incorporate a roofing membrane with a standard ten-year extended
material warranty. All roofs incorporate a minimum 1/4" per
foot slope to maintain positive water runoff. Air Enterprises unit
roof employs no standing seams. A guttering system with downspouts
is provided to control roof water run-off.

due to roofing membrane and positive water run-off control. Sloped
roofs provide an added benefit with additional insulation under
the slope to help combat sun load on the roof.
