Casing Mullions for Component Attachment to Unit Casing
Integral to Air Enterprises' panel system construction
is a unique internal structural extruded mullion system. The mullions,
with legs extending inward, provide support and safing attachment
points at each system component without penetrating or welding to
the unit casing.
Benefit:
- Elimination of panel leaks and air bypass at components
- by making attachments to unit with integral mullions,
the integrity of the interior face of the casing is not
compromised.
- Integrity of unit casing is not compromised
- welding or mechanical penetration can develop rust propagation,
air bypass, and air leakage in the casing system.
