Enhanced, Industrial Coil Construction

Air Enterprises provides cooling coils with enhanced, industrial construction. Coils are provided with wider fin spacing for lower pressure drop and easier cleaning. Heavier wall copper tubes and thicker fins are provided to promote longer coil life. The coil casings are stainless steel with stainless steel tube sheets.

Benefit:

• Better coil performance - decreased operating air pressure drops with wider gaps between fins. Buildup of dirt is prevented allowing for better condensate removal.
• Reduced coil maintenance - more thorough cleaning of coils and reduced blockage of airborne particles.
• Enhanced coil life - heavier wall tubes and thicker fins provide better resistance against damage or rupture of tubes and external fouling of fins.
