Project Manager

Seeking a talented individual with at least 5 years of project management experience in the HVAC or construction industry. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. An excellent opportunity for a team player to direct all phases of project execution from order entry through close of contract. Requires ability to maintain project budget, monitor schedule progress and take necessary action to mitigate schedule delays. Excellent communication & organizational skills a must. Design Engineer

This position requires a self-directed individual with excellent communication skills, working directly with our clients and sales force to evaluate engineering solutions and develop application strategies to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities of the position include generation of preliminary engineering designs, equipment proposals and equipment submittals.

Qualifications required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical discipline preferred).  Minimum of 3 years engineering design experience and basic AutoCAD skills; experience in HVAC system design or HVAC control systems a plus. Outstanding PC skills using MS Office – Word, Excel.

Drafter/Designer

This position requires a self-directed individual to perform fabrication design work utilizing company policies and standards. Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications required: Minimum of 3 years of experience using AutoCAD 2004 or higher in the workplace, good math skills and excellent problem solving skills.

 PLANT POSITIONS:

Unit Builder / Electrical Worker

Assemble custom air handling units.  Ability to use air drills, pop gun, impact wrenches, wrenches, vice grips/tongs and snips.  Some work involves climbing/working from a ladder and working in cramped quarters.  Fasten components (motors, fans, coils & filters) inside units.  Must be able to read a tape measure.  Blueprint reading very helpful.  Tow motor & overhead crane experience helpful.  Willing to train.

• General commercial lighting & wiring skills
• Ability to drill holes through casing
• Ability/knowledge of bending, threading & installing conduit
• Experience in 460 motor wiring & installation
